Our core adult martial arts program blends the Korean tradition of taekwondo with the latest in physical fitness, creating a unique workout that enhances both fitness and focus.

Teen Martial Arts Program

Students that are 6 to 11 will be placed in our Junior Program. The Junior Program builds self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-control

  • Focused Teen Program: Our Teen Program supports young people in their most formative years, emphasizing positive influence, character development, and leadership skills.
  • Skill Development: In a supportive environment, teens engage in functional fitness training while learning the values of responsible citizenship.
  • Dynamic Classes: Each 40-45 minute class includes high-energy exercises, kicking and striking drills, sparring, and speed and agility training.
